The Wasp

A sketch of my take on The Wasp.

Green Lantern

In brightest day, in blackest night, No evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might, Beware my power, Green Lantern's light!!!

Speedsters!

A student of mine came up with this idea. I really liked it and it motivated me to see it through visually. We talked about it and I placed a few extra characters in the final composition. I'll be adding ink and color to it, digitally. When finished, I'll print my student a copy to treasure for a long time.

DareDevil Season 2

I recently finished watching the DareDevil Season 2 series on Netflix. I found it uncontrollably outstanding. Below is a sketch in commemoration of my experience.

Fatcon Sketches

Today, I was a vendor at the very first Fatman Comics and Games, FATCON. Below are some of the sketches I was able to complete.

More Sketch Commissions

For an upcoming comic con, I've been taking pre-orders for sketches. Here are more examples of requests.

The Black Widow

Sketch commission for a friend.

Hulk

A drawing of the Hulk. The Avengers movie  presented him very well, I thought. His rage and shear power was very convincing. My admiration of him has increased.

Thanos

A sketch of Thanos. He's the character that smiles at you after the Avenger's movie credits.
Here's the link to learn more about him.

Children

The finished memorial painting is complete.

Below is the under painting before I begin adding color.

I've been asked to create a memorial painting for a lady that recently passed on.  This lady was very influential in my life. She loved children and was my Sunday School teacher and friend. She used to bring along candy and drawing paper during the church services that I attended as a young boy. This was where I got my start as an artist. Below is the concept sketch of the painting I attend to start. These children will be looking at the pages of a picture Bible.

Heavenly Abode

A concept sketch for a friend involving her family members that have passed on into the safe arms of Jesus Christ. This is the preliminary sketch before the approval and before the painting stage.

X-Men

I try to keep developing my ability to draw the human figure and faces. Looking through a magazine I found these two poses from the X-Men movie.
