Safari Theme

My daughter loves animals. She spends a lot of time in the barn feeding, cleaning, and petting our live stock. She might be a zoo keeper or vet when she grows up. We recently remodeled her room with a African/Safari theme. Keeping with the theme and to speak to her heart, I created this mural for her. It measures 5 feet by 7 on her bedroom wall.

Ten Little Dunces

Cover art for a play by Eddie McPherson. The synopsis goes something like this:
Ten dunces have been invited to an old house on Dunce Island to be murdered. One by one they are done in according to a silly nursery rhyme hanging over the fireplace. Because they’re not the brightest bulbs in the box, the poor victims are murdered rather easily by such things as vacuum cleaner hoses and live alligators. After several murders take place, they become suspicious of each other. But when the last person bites the dust and there’s no one else on the island, the question remains: Who the heck did all the murdering?? A fun parody of one of Agatha Christie’s most popular mystery novels.

A painting inspired by God's Holy Work from Luke 12:6-7.  I find great hope to know that I'm not forgotten.
